Lynn K. McMullin
Currently serving as the new Superintendent of Schools for Orange, Connecticut, Lynn began her career in education as an English teacher in Suffield, East Granby, and Canton, Connecticut.  She was selected as the Teacher of the Year in two districts, East Granby in 1993 and Canton in 2001.  Both times, she was a finalist for Connecticut Teacher of the Year.   In 2005, she became the Director of Curriculum and Instructional Technology in Canton, followed by a change in title to Assistant Superintendent the following year.  She completed her undergraduate degree in English and graduate degree in Education at Westfield State College, (now Westfield University) in Massachusetts, and her advanced degrees in Educational Leadership and the Superintendency at Central Connecticut State University.
She is the mother of two grown children, a son who works as a digital photographer and graphic designer in Greenville, South Carolina, and a daughter who is a stay-at-home mom and graduate student.  She is the grandmother of three, Callie (15), Caleb (10), and Ella-Lynn (2).
