This is family dining at its best. Chip's was founded in 1996, and specializes in serving breakfast all day.More Connecticut Magazine awarded Chip's "Best Pancakes" in 2009 and 2010. The warm family atmosphere created by the staff and surroundings keeps people coming back. It is one of the town highway department's favorite spots. Chip's is very community oriented and participates in many fund-raisers for groups such as the American Cancer Society and Special Olympics, just to name a few.

Picasso Hair Art is an established salon in the Orange area and has been in existence since 1990. The salonMore broke away from a chain and renamed itself Picasso Hair Art, inspired by artwork done by one of their customers as well as the artistic aspects of the business.  

Owner Takashi Yoshikawa adds a cultural flair to the locale, and the general atmosphere of the salon is friendly and family-oriented with clientele ranging from children to seniors. The salon offers cuts, styling, corrective coloring, highlighting, waxing, manicures, pedicures and Keratin straightening or Brazilian Blowouts using the product "Simply Smooth" by Goldwell.  

The stylists constantly attend classes to keep up on the latest styles and techniques and host seminars for others in the industry. A male can expect to pay $25 for a standard haircut and a female $40 for a standard haircut and blow dry.
