Talkin' About Best Buy's Team Spirit

Joe Muraski and the Best Buy team has a lot to offer at this week's Relay for Life.

Last weekend, Joe Muraski announced that Best Buy generated some money to jump start its team in the Orange store, 53 Boston Post Road, through a team cook out.

"We raised around $250.00 that we will be bringing to the bank night on the 25th," Muraski said. "At the Relay, We will have 2 TV's with video game systems hooked up to them so anyone can play. We will be asking for donations to help support the walk. All money raised will be donated at the end of the walk."

The Best Buy Relay team also will have raffle items, including video games and an iPad 2. Each item will have its own raffle ticket and price.

"The iPad 2 will be $2 for one ticket of $5 for 3 tickets. We will sell tickets through the night then in the morning we will write on a poster board the winning number." Muraski said. "We will have proper signage that will instruct everyone on what will be happening. This will be the same process for the other prizes. Every dollar raised will be donated to the Relay."

He said the Best Buy team has many cool give aways from Verizon and ATT. Supplied by the wireless companies just for the Relay. Plenty of Best Buy employees will be on hand if anyone needs help with anything.

"We will submit to get an award of a donation to the Relay after the event, per Best Buy policy," Muraski said. "I look forward to seeing everyone on the 25th! And we are looking to have a great time at the walk and help this great cause."
