Large Crowd Attends Orange Lions Event

The High Plains Community Center Gym saw a flurry of activity last night as the Lions hosted their annual wine and beer tasting.

Past Lion's Club President Marianne Miller had a busy day on Friday, on the way to set up for the Orange Lions Wine Tasting, she witnessed a multiple car accident on Orange Center Road and had to stay around to provide a statement.

Then she hurried to the Community Center to prepare for the event, then, after everything was up and running, she took the microphone and sang Patsy Cline's "Crazy" backed by the talented Craig Calistro.

The Lions motto is "We Serve" and our local Lions live by that motto every day serving the community in many ways.
