Orange You in the Mood for Cupcakes
A new baking contest is being introduced at this year's Orange Country Fair.
The Orange Country Fair will feature several new contests this year, among them the Orange You in the Mood for Cupcakes contest.
On Friday, three of the guest judges gathered at Town Hall to explain what they will be looking for in the "perfect cupcake" during their judging duties next weekend (See video).
Baking Contest co-chairmen Jillian Gagel and Shelby Wilson suggest everyone get a Fair Booklet as soon as possible and fill out and submit their entry slips by the deadline date.

The Booklet is available at Town Hall, High Plains, the Library and local farms. You also may access it online at www.orangectfair.com. Follow all directions and bring your entries to the fairgrounds on Friday evening, Sept. 16.
