Computer Tip For The Day

Did you know that having too many documents saved to your desktop can slow down your computer?

If you have a lot of documents and icons saved to your desktop, you will slow down your computer's performance.  Just think, every time you change a window or scroll, your desktop has to keep track of everything that is on the desktop.

To help prevent this, you can create a folder on your desktop and consolidate your files. This way you can just open up the folder and choose which document that you would like to open from within that file.
