Reduce stress, increase your flexibility, and provide quality time for reflection. This class incorporates gengle yoga and meditation practices to help reduce stress and provide and an overall sense of well-being.
Sessions are held every Tuesday from 5:00 - 6:00 PM and 6:15 - 7:15 PM, excluding holidays.
The fee is $10 per class, payable in class by check or cash.
