Aqua Zumba

Milford Parks and Recreation, Milford, CT, will be hosting AQUA ZUMBA Class in the- McCann Natatorium (old Milford Academy) 34 Park Circle -McCann Pool- led by Renay who uses Latin and International music to create an easy and fun aquatic dance exercise program. This 8-week evening class, will be held from 7:30-8:30 p.m. beginning on Monday, July 23rd and ending on Monday, September 24th. (No Class Monday, September 3^rd, Monday, September 17^th and Friday, August 31^st.).
