Alexandra "Alli" Kramer is the Amity Elle Woods, the role that made Reese Witherspoon a star.

Fans of previous Amity productions will remember Alexandra from her roles as Hunyak in Chicago and Eponine in Les Miserables where she was nominated by the Connecticut High School Theater Awards (CTHSMTA) for Best Supporting Actress.

Senior Mark Iwanicki, a recent contestant on NBC’s hit show “The Voice” and 2012 CTHSMTA Best Actor nominee, will play lawyer and all around good guy Emmet Forrest.

Rounding out the cast will be recent Amity transfer Sophia Gall as Paulette, senior Rachel Skalka as Vivienne, sophomore Nick Bottone as Warner Huntington III and Bowen Kirwood as Professor Callahan.

Special to the Amity production will be the appearance of two of the original Broadway cast members of "Legally Blonde The Musical."  Four legged actors Frankie (a Chihuahua) and Chloe (a bulldog) will recreate their Broadway and national tour performances of Bruiser and Rufus.

These professional canine actors will appear courtesy of William Berloni Theatrical Animals of Higganum, CT.  Bill and his wonderful highly trained furry friends provide Broadway, television and film with animals of all shapes and sizes including the original “Sandy” from the musical blockbuster Annie.

The Amity production will once again be directed by Robert and Andrea Kennedy.  With Choreography by Andrea Kennedy, Musical Direction by Peter Randazzo,  Conductor Phil Dolan, Costumes by Julie Chevan (2011 CTHSMTA winner  best costumes), Lighting by Dan Hassenmayer and Scenic Design by Robert Kennedy.
