UPDATE: The School District Has Put Out a Parent’s Survey

UPDATE: The results of a parent's survey put out by the Board of Education will be revealed at the BOE meeting Monday night at Mary L. Tracy School (7:30 p.m.)

The higher than usual number of school closings thus far this winter, due to the extraordinary number of storms, may result in a decision being made by the Boards of Education in Bethany, Orange, Woodbridge, and Amity to use scheduled vacation days from either February or April rather than have school in session during the last days of June.

Before an informed decision can be made, the BOEs are seeking feedback regarding what we can expect for student attendance and staff attendance if schools are in session during a scheduled vacation period.

A survey has been loaded on the website (www.oess.org), once you log onto the website, click on the link labeled Survey and take the parent survey.
