Bobby Brown, Orange Resident, Eagle Scout, Class President
Here is the video of Robert "Bobby" Brown giving his commencement speech at the Amity High School graduation ceremony on Wednesday.
Robert "Bobby" Brown is well-known throughout the Amity area.
Not only was he the President of the Amity Class of 2011, but an Eagle Scout, blogger and freelance writer for Patch and, as First Selectman Jim Zeoli said at Bobby's Eagle Court of Honor, "He is an amazing young man, who volunteers and does for others without ever blinking an eye."
Zeoli couldn't help but chuckle when Bobby stated, "I am confident that sitting among us today are future doctors, scientists, artists, tradesmen, and maybe even a future President of the United States." He leaned over to Debbie Davis and most likely said something like, "Yes, HE will be the President."
