Witness Amity's Musical Talent On Thursday

Want to know what all the buzz is about the arts at Amity? Here's your opportunity.

 

If you've never attended an Amity High School Spring Concert, you'll have the opportunity to experience one on Thursday.

Band Director Phil Dolan, Chris Hickerson and the students have been rehearsing for weeks to make this a memorable show.

The Amity Music Department will host the Spring Concert in the auditorium, Thursday, March 29th at 7 p.m.  

The concert will feature all the band choir ensembles, including the Jazz Band, Local Vocals, Charmonizers, Chamber Singers, Concert Choir, Concert Band and Wind Ensemble.

The music for the evening will include music from Glenn Miller, West Side Story, South African Folk Songs, a special guest conductor, and will end with a combined band and choir patriotic tribute with over 150 students performing together.

This event is open to the public and admission is free.

NOTE: "Mr. Hick" is NOT retiring this year! He still has many spring concerts ahead of him.
