This year, there are more than 50 students performing in the Pops concert. The acts range from solos to duets to 12 person thrillers.
Pops has been one of the longest running Amity traditions. Even during the construction project when there was no place at Amity to hold the show, Ansonia High School opened their doors to Pops.

Pops.com is different than other Pops concerts. Why you might ask? The audience will be able to interact with the show by Facebook and Twitter. You can Facebook Amity Pops and Tweet @AmityPops during the show and your posts and tweets will show up on the big screen in the auditorium. Amity is encouraging guests to ‘bring their iPods, iPhones, iPads, and other Wifi devices.’
The show will culminate with the entire cast performing Glee’s ‘Somebody to Love.’
