Amity High CAPT Scores Hold Steady
Some increases and decreases on the statewide test from 2011 to 2012.
The results for the Connecticut Academic Performance Test are in, representing minor gains and losses in the four categories. Like last year, Amity High’s scores were much higher than the state average.
The standardized test, administered to 395 tenth graders at Amity High, analyzes, math, science, read and writing. Compared to 2011, reading scores improved while writing stayed the same. Math and science saw minor decreases.
