Just when you thought the biggest match up in High School sports this week was the Thanksgiving Day Varsity Football game between Amity and North Haven, along come the girls.
Tonight, the Amity Spartans Powder Puff team will go head to head with their arch rivals, the North Haven Lady Indians at Vanacore Field in North Haven at 6 p.m.
This rivalry is fierce with Amity looking to come back from last year's loss at home with the Indians' crushing score of 54-16.
