This week's property transfers take us to Glenbrook Road, Demarest Drive and Prindle Hill Road.

The following property transfers were recorded in the Town Clerk's Office at Orange Town Hall.

840 Glenbrook Road, sold to Dorothy A. Manfreda by Federal National Mortgage Association, $260,000.

351 Demarest Drive, sold to Jose G. Pereira by the Estate of Vincent A. Afasano, $300,000.

80 Prindle Hill Road, Unit 10, sold to David Michaud by DIL Realty LLC, $90,000.
