Orange Home Sales Off to Brisk Pace in March

Four properties change hands as the spring real estate season approaches.

In the first 12 days of March, five property transactions have been recorded in Orange.

Here are the latest transfers, as recorded in the Orange Town Clerk's Office at Town Hall.

  • 121 Tyler City Road, sold to Jonathan D. Suraci by Donald A. Vitale, $335,000.
  • 650 Racebrook Road, sold to Kenneth S. Spitzbard by Ali Golbazi, $345,000.
  • 415 Derby Ave., sold to James M. Loomer by Scott A. Rivkees, $282,000.
  • 394 Ridge Road, sold to Donald A. Vitale by Ronald R. Bailey, $320,000.
