Rehab of Derby Milford Road on Orange Selectmen's Agenda

The Orange Board of Selectmen meets tonight to discuss a variety of municipal matters.

The one item of “old business” concerns a request to approve bid contracts with Utility Communications for the Orange Board of Education.

  • A request to hang a banner to promote the Orange Volunteer Fire Department Carnival.
  • A request to authorize First Selectman James Zeoli to send a letter seeking legislative approval for the proposed rehabilitation and resurfacing of Derby Milford Road.
  • A resolution concerning the Orange Board of Education's application for a grant regarding roof replacement projects and alterations of existing facilities.
  • An act on the approval of April tax refunds in the amount of $10,072.87.

The meeting is scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m. in the lower level meeting room at Orange Town Hall.
