The Town Plan & Zoning Commission meets at the Orange Town Hall, 617 Orange Center Road, Tuesday, Feb. 7 at 7:30 p.m. 

The commission will discuss updating the Orange Zoning Map and the Zoning Enforcement Officer will give an update on Puerto Vallarta Restaurant.

Valley Tool, 22 Prindle Hill Road, has submitted a site plan application and architectural standards supplement for its proposal to construct an 825 square foot addition to the front of an existing industrial building.

There is a Request for Modification/amendment of a site plan by PCS Properties LLC, 377 and 385 Boston Post Road (Bear and Grill). The proposal is to locate an automotive body shop to the rear of the existing bulding.

According to the printed agenda, "The property is zoned Commercial C-2. Automotive body shops are not permitted and this request must be denied. The property owner intends to apply for a use variance."
