P&Z Considering Scope of Work Plan on Town's Development

The commission will also review proposed regulation changes for fun houses and similar attractions when it convenes for a meeting tonight.

The Town Plan & Zoning Commission is meeting at 7:30 tonight, Jan. 15, in the lower level of Orange Town Hall, 617 Orange Center Road.

Its agenda is:

  1. Request for reduction of Bond, Aurora/MLG Real Estate LLC., for property located at 205 Edison Road.
  2. Review of the Minutes from the Nov. 20, 2012, and Dec. 4, 2012, meetings.
  3. Old Business
  4. New Business
  • Report of the Zoning Enforcement Officer: Review of Zoning Activities Log.
  • Review and discussion on proposed regulations on and other similar attractions.
  • Discussion and review concerning request for proposal/scope of work plan of Conservation & Development Town of Orange.
