NEW BUSINESS
- To consider and act on the request to close Burning Tree Drive for a Block Party – Robert Lettick - Approved Unanimously - Sept 24
- To consider and act on the request to close Farm Hill Rd/ridge Rd and Farm Hill Rd/Meetinghouse Lane Ext. for a Block Party - Alison Mislow - Approved Unanimously - Sept 10
- To consider and act on the approval of the 2011 Police Contract Extension Agreement - Approved Unanimously. The contract extension is for 1 year and calls for no increase. Exception $5 per hour for utility work which will be paid by the utility companies. No cost to the town.
- To consider and act on the approval of the Board of Selectmen Annual Town Report for FY 2010-2011 - Approved unanimously
- To consider and act on the Tax Refunds for August in the amount of $316.07 - Approved Unanimously
- Update on Hubbel Property - The Closing date is set for October 10
- Lakeside Village - Developer paid all back taxes due to the town and is working with the town for development under statutes.
- Looking into replacing furnace at High plains Community Center
