Kathleen, I do agree that the mother is the one most at fault and extremely negligent but, I have said this in other recent comments and months prior in regard to other recent shootings, there needs to be accountablity. By that I mean, there needs to be a database created to regester anyone deemed mentally unstable or having any mentall issues of a malicious or violent nature and in need of medication to level them off in order to function in soceity/ walk amoung us. If any families with someone having mental issues of that nature and or the medical professionals treating said persons refuse to register that person all parties will be answerable to and accountable for that persons actions just as we as parents are answerable and accountable for the actions of our children. This database registering would be done through a court and only accessable by law inforcement. As long as this is done all parties will be for the most part not be held liable unles Extreme neglegence is determined. Addressing gun control is a small part, it only addresses guns bought by legally.

hum, interesting concept a database diagnosing all Americans Mentally Ill or not. This doesn't pass the sniff test. Here's an idea why not finished the mass murder investigation and look at all the facts, like the pharmacy report, the toxicology report, the IEP and school records. Let's see where the school system, the drug companies and the psychiatric industry fit into Adam's path, before we overturn the Constitution. Ablechild.org

Sheila, maybe you should read all the words before you comment. WHERE do I say that a database is doing the diagnosing???? It's people like yourself that for whatever reason want to take what someone said and twist it around. WHO are you trying to protect??? I SAID The information on the database would be provided by the family members and the medical professionals (psycologist's and psychiatrist's) in a court room so as to make sure that information provided is done so legally and under oath. What were the reasons for his mother pulling him out of school several times and home school him?? Were there any issues with this kid in elementary & high school in rewgard to his ability to socializing with the other students? Is that why she took him out? Were there problems that the school was aware of? If so where are the social workwers reports? His state of mind that propeled him to do what he did didn't come about all of a sudden. Many people had to have known of his state of mind, his father and others close bare some responsibility. How many knew something was wrong with him and how the mother was dealing with him, yet they stood by and said and did nothing. That is going to be a terrible and heavy burden to have to deal with.

Vincent, thanks for your questions, we have them as well regarding all the psychiatric reports, pharma reports, school records, etc. ablechild.org mission is informed consent. Our mission is to protect children and parents from being forced into psychiatric services and psychiatric products. you are welcome to visit our website. Our goal is to protect children. We oppose a mental health database that sorts the America people out by psychiatric disorders. We oppose the psychiatric industry becoming our government.
