OrangeTPZC Notice of Public Hearing

Orange Town Plan and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on the following: SPECIAL PERMIT APPLICATION, submitted by Disibio Paraiba Investments, LLC as per Section 383-143.4 of the Zoning Regulations. The location for this application is 311 Boston Post Road (former Humphrey's). The applicant is proposing to construct two (2) out door restaurant seating areas, one being approximately 759 sq. ft. located at the southeasterly side of the building and the other approximately 1,151 sq. ft. located at the northwesterly side of the building. A SITE PLAN APPLICATION which includes plans for plans for two outdoor storage sheds has also been submitted. SPECIAL PERMIT APPLICATION, submitted by Foyer Family Partnership for property known as 251 Old Lambert Road as per Section 383-26 I 3 (a) of the Orange Zoning Regulations. The applicant is proposing to construct a 30' x 30' two (2) bay garage. A waiver as per Section 383-133 E requirement for a "selected plan" has been requested.
