The East Coast is resting a bit easier since Friday, when police arrested Aaron Thomas, 39, of New Haven, in connection with 17 sexual assaults.

Ironically, a larceny arrest in Woodbridge, Conn., was instrumental in stopping his reign of terror and this news was celebrated in Woodbridge, Va., where he was accused of sexually assaulting two young girls on Halloween night.
