A 27-year-old woman was arrested on a charge of second-degree failure to appear.
Orange police say the woman, Shuresa L. Moore, failed to appear in court on a series of motor vehicle charges that stem from Jan. 5, 2011. Moore reportedly turned herself in at Orange Police Headquarters at 7:50 a.m. on Feb. 26.
She was held on a $750 bond, police said.
