The Orange Volunteer Firemen's Carnival is the Department's major fundraiser of the year.
Past Fire Chief Charlie Sherwood recently met with Patch to discuss what it takes to make the Orange Volunteer Fire Department work.
In this video, Sherwood talks about the annual carnival, the dedication and prep work to make the event the best it can be for the thousands of visitors who come to eat and play.
The carnival begins on Thursday and runs through Sunday at the Orange Fairgrounds.
