Two Men Arrested Following Brawl Outside Orange Ale House

Police arrest two West Haven men and one allegedly resisted officers.


Two West Haven men were arrested after patrol officers reportedly observed them fighting outside the Orange Ale House at 1 a.m. on March 8.

Zachery Harden, 21, was charged with third-degree assault. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 22.

Joshua Drevas, 24, was charged with second-degree breach, interfering with an officer and refusal to be fingerprinted. He was held on a $1,000 bond.

"Officers conducting routine patrol observed the two arrestees fighting outside of the Orange Ale House," police said in a report from the Orange Police Department. "Officers broke up the fight, and escorted both parties to police headquarters for processing, where arrestee Drevas physically resisted officers and refused to be fingerprinted."
