Teen Charged with DUI After Crash on Marsh Hill

A 18-year-old Milford woman who police say was driving under the influence, allegedly crashed her car on Marsh Hill Road and then left the scene.

Police caught up to the woman, identified as Dakota Neumon, and pulled her over, according to the report provided by the Orange Police Department.

"Officers were able to catch up to the evading vehicle a short distance away, and had the driver perform standardized roadside sobriety tests. She was subsequently taken into custody and charged," the report states.

Neumon was charged with DUI and evading the scene of an accident, at 7:53 p.m. on March 15.

Police said she was released after posting a $50 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on March 28.
