Pulled Over for Speeding, Man Charged With DUI

Orange police say the man was traveling 67 miles per hour in a 45 miles-per-hour zone.


A 28-year-old Orange resident was arrested on a charge of DUI after police say an officer clocked him traveling 67 miles per hour in a 45 miles-per-hour zone.

The man, who police identified as Christopher Ingram of 328 Fairlea Road, was also issued infractions for failure to drive right and speeding, Orange Police said. He was taken into custody at 1:57 a.m. on March 22.

Ingram was released after posting a $50 bond, police said. He was scheduled to appear in court on April 5.

He was also recently arrested on charges of reckless endangerment, threatening and possession of an assault rifle.
