Police Release Most Recent Crime Stats for Orange

There were fewer DWIs and burglaries than last month, but arrests and fights/disturbances increased. Here are all the numbers.


There are some ups, and some downs.

That's the quick synposis when looking at the latest crime statistics from the Orange Police Department compared to the previous month. According to a report just released by Orange Police Chief Robert Gagne, here are the numbers for November:

  • Calls for Service: 2,569
  • Robberies: 0
  • Burglaries: 2 (1 residential, 1 commercial)
  • Activated Burglar Alarms: 131
  • Criminal Arrests: 33
  • Shoplifting/Larcenies: 31
  • Fights/Disturbances: 23
  • DWI Arrests: 2
  • Traffic Accidents: 109
  • Motor Vehicle Citations: 249
  • Medical Emergencies: 124
