A Mystic woman was arrested on a warrant after Milford Police picked her up on an unrelated incident March 28 at 4:35 a.m.

Orange police said the warrant stemmed from a complaint in March 2011, when the ex-boyfriend of Carly Maurer, 24, of 2 Jetson Ave., alleged tat she threatened to harm him if he called her on the phone.

Maurer was charged with second-degree threatening and released on a promise to appear in court March 28.
Officers responded to a private residence on Ferry Road regarding a dispute March 29 at 10:39 p.m.
According to the report, Vincent Brescia, 63, of 518 Ferry Road, had gotten into an argument with a family member, and during the argument, he allegedly threatened to harm her.
Brescia was subsequently taken into custody and charged with second-degree threatening.
He was released after posting $100 bond for court March 30.
Disorderly conduct
Police were called to a private residence on Indian Hill Road regarding a dispute March 26 at 6:06 p.m.
Responding officers learned that Matthew Gillespie, 22, of 881 Indian Hill Road had gotten into an argument with a family member, and that the argument turned physical.
Gillespie was subsequently taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct.
He was released on a promise to appear in court March 27.
