Risk of Injury

An Orange resident turned himself in on a warrant Jan. 27 at 11:43 a.m.

According to the report, Brian Murray, 48, of 531 Lambert Road, was accused of being involved with a juvenile family member on Jan. 11. The argument turned physical at one point and was reported to police.

Investigation led to the issuance of a warrant charging disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a minor.

Murray was released after posting $3,500 bond for court Jan. 30.

 

Employee Larceny

Police served a warrant against a New Haven man on Jan. 22 at 5:30 p.m.

According to police, Ronnie Stevens, 31, of 25 Ann St., New Haven, surrendered himself at police headquarters after learning of a warrant for his arrest.

The warrant stemmed from a series of incidents in December of 2011, at the , 25 Boston Post Road, where he had been employed.

Police said Target security employees discovered that Stevens had caused $367.09 in losses to Target by not charging people for items when they came through his cashier line.

Officers expect to make other arrests regarding this investigation.

Stevens was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

He was released on a promise to appear in court Feb. 6.
