Police: Marijuana Found in Car During Traffic Stop

Police say the driver, a West Haven man, was issued a ticket.

A 28-year-old West Haven man was issued an infraction ticket for possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana following a routine motor vehicle stop on Route 24 in Orange.

Police said the driver, Carlos Marcano, was pulled over at 2:05 a.m. on Jan. 14. "Officers observed that the driver was in possession of a small amount of marijuana. He was issued an infraction ticket for the possession."
