Police: Man Was Smoking Marijuana in Parking Lot

The Orange resident was issued an infraction for possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

Orange Police said a patrol officer came upon a vehicle in a parking lot that was occupied by two individuals who had reportedly just finished smoking marijuana.

One of the occupants, Anthony Aprile, 20, of Summit Drive, was issued an infraction for possession of drug paraphernalia. He and an unidentified individual were parked in a lot on Greenway Road when police spotted them at 11:18 p.m. on March 3, according to a report provided by the Orange Police Department.

“They both admitted to smoking marijuana prior to the officers’ arrival,” police said. “Officers seized glass smoking pipes and marijuana grinders from Mr. Aprile, who was given an infraction ticket for his actions.”
