Police: Man Kicks In Car Windshield During Dispute

The alleged incident took place in a parking lot on Avalon Drive East.


An 25-year-old Orange resident was arrested after he allegedly kicked in a car windshield during a dispute.

Police said they arrested Zachary Dupree on charges of second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct at 9:03 p.m. on Jan. 30. Dupree was arrested in a parking lot on Avalon Drive East, according to the report from Orange Police.

Police said officers who responded to the incident learned that the arrestee had gotten into an argument with his girlfriend. During the argument, Dupree broke the windshield of her car by kicking it, police said.

Dupree was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 31.
