A New Haven man was arrested Feb. 17 on charges of assault and breach of peace after a dispute at the CVS in Orange.
Police said the man, Michael Sgro, felt that another customer had "cut" in front of him in line at the pharmacy. He reportedly began to yell at the other customer and caused a disturbance inside the 279 Boston Post Road store.
According to police, Sgro followed the customer outside and pushed him to the ground.
He was arrested at 4:33 p.m. on charges of third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. Sgro was released on a promise to appear in court on March 3.
