Police: Erratic Driver Refused to be Fingerprinted

The following arrest information was provided by the Orange Police Department and does not indicate convictions.

Orange police responded to a disturbance on Fawn Drive on Aug. 20. Brian Walsh, 26, of Garden Road in Orange, allegedly drove his vehicle “erratically” and “at a neighbor who was outside.”

Walsh was arrested and allegedly refused the officers’ commands and refused to be fingerprinted. He was charged with second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer, reckless driving and refusal to be fingerprinted. Walsh was held on $5,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 21.
