Risk of Injury

Officers were dispatched to the Chuck E. Cheese restaurant, 82 Boston Post Road, for a disturbance on Jan. 12 at 9:03 p.m.

Upon arrival, officers learned that a birthday party was being held for a two-year old girl by her father. The child’s mother and a friend also attended the party, but got into an argument with the father’s girlfriend.

During the course of the altercation, LaBranche, the mother of the birthday child, pushed her daughter to the ground in order to get at the victim of the assault, and Coleman, the second arrestee, helped LaBranche assault the victim in front of the child, leading to some of the charges.
