A Silver Alert for a missing teen from New Haven has been cancelled since the girl was found safe this morning.
Orange Police began investigating the case shortly after midnight when they were notified that the 14-year-old girl was spotted at LA Fitness in town. The girl, identified as Bianca Varon, was last seen earlier in the evening yesterday, March 21, police said.
Through their investigation, Orange police tracked the girl's location back to New Haven and, with the assistance of officers from that city, found the girl around 10 a.m., according to Orange Police Chief Robert Gagne.
She was with a friend, Gagne said.
