Four men turned themselves in earlier this month and were charged with second-degree breach of peace after they allegedly accosted a group of younger males in the parking lot of an Orange Restaurant.
Four males ranging in age from 18 to 21 turned themselves in to the Orange Police Department on Oct. 1 following an alleged fight on Aug. 21 in the parking lot of Orange's Puerto Vallarta restaurant. According to police, the four men allegedly accosted a group of younger males in the parking lot of the restaurant after they had a disagreement with them earlier that night.
Nicholas Amendola, 18, of 103 Pleasant View Road, Derby, Bernard Vitti III, 20, of 5 Bailey Drive, West Haven, Craig Rich, Jr., 18, of 130 Putney Drive, West Haven and Brandon Butler, 20, of 8 Alexander Drive, West Haven were all charged with second-degree breach of peace and all were released after they all posted a $5,000 bond. All four had their first court date on Tuesday.
