Orange Man Arrested for Assault

Haichang Huang, 45, of New England Lane, was arrested on May 26 on a charge of third-degree assault. According to the , officers were called to his home and the victim said that they had been assaulted. Huang was released on a promise to appear in Derby Superior Court on May 29.
