Fraser is accused of stealing from his father's home on Bee Mountain Road between Dec. 13 and Jan. 9, Oxford police said in a news release. Fraser also faces charges of criminal trespass from a case stemming from Orange, where he was arrested on Feb. 7.

After that arrest, Oxford police learned of his whereabouts and applied for an arrest warrant. Fraser turned himself in to police at his home in Orange without incident, the news release states.
