An Orange man has been charged with 2nd-degree Breach of Peace, Failure to Drive in the Proper Lane and Evading Responsibility of an Accident stemming from a June 26 traffic accident.
According to police, 24-year-old Alfred Bianchi turned himself in at police hearquarters after learning of the warrant for his arrest.
Police say Bianchi wasn't driving in his lane in the crash. He allegedly hit another car, then got out and started hitting the other driver's car with a metal chain. He also allegedly left the scene before police showed up.
Bianchi was released on $1000 bond and faces a court date on September 10.
