A Hamden man was charged with driving under the influence after being pulled over on Orange Center Road.
Orange Police said Daniel Boemmels, 35, was driving erratically at 2:08 a.m. on March 3.
"Upon stopping the vehicle, officers had the driver perform standardized roadside sobriety tests. He was subsequently taken into custody and charged."
In addition to DUI, Boemmels was issued an infraction for failure to drive in the proper lane.
He was released on a $50 bond and is due in court on March 18.
