A 37-year-old Derby man was charged with driving under the influence after being pulled over by police for allegedly driving erratically on Racebook Road.
Orange Police charged Felix Pera with DUI at 9:57 p.m. on Feb. 16.
"Officers conducting routine patrol observed a vehicle driving erratically on Racebrook Road," the report states. "Upon stopping the vehicle, officers had the driver perform standardized roadside sobriety tests. He was subsequently taken into custody and charged.
Pera was released after posting a $50 bond. He is due in court March 1.
