Disabled Vehicle Leads to DUI Arrest in Orange

A 28-year-old Derby woman was recently arrested for DUI in Orange after officers allegedly found her car stuck to a curb with a flat tire on Grassy Hill Road.
Kira Fearnley of Grove Street was released after posting $50 bond.
