Alleged Argument Escalates Into Arrest Of Orange Man

A 41-year-old resident was arrested on a charge of second-degree breach of peace in relation to an alleged argument at his Glenwood Drive home.

Police said Joseph LaLuna was arrested at 4:03 p.m. on June 26. An argument between him and another member of the household reportedly turned physical, according to the police report.

LaLuna was released on a promise to appear in court on June 27.
