An East Haven man was arrested by warrant at Orange Police Headquarters on charges of DUI and failure to drive in the proper lane.
Police said the arrest stems from a June 28 accident on Lambert Road in which the man, who they identified as David McClure, 28, was involved in a car accident that resulted in injuries and a snapped telephone pole.
Lambert was released after posting a $50 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 19.
