The Plano Program will be offering a Vinyasa Yoga Class with Tara Graham on Sundays at 10am. In this all levels class we will focus on the learning of traditional postures, breathing, mindfulness and body awareness. We will flow through poses connected by Sun Salutations, Static Postures, Core Strength, Balance, and Flexibility.
