Adjusting for Sandy Hook

SANDY HOOK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
MEMORIAL FUND RAISER
'Adjusting for Sandy Hook'   100% of the donations for Sandy Hook and a permanent Memorial
on behalf of Chiropractors, their Patients and Friends
The chiropractors of individual towns are looking to help out our neighbors in our sister-town of Newtown/Sandy Hook with a fund raiser. On Feb. 2nd, from 9am-2pm, stop by Advanced Spine and Sport to GET ADJUSTED in exchange for a donation specifically designated to build a memorial in the Memorial Park Don't worry if you've never been adjusted before, or haven't been adjusted in a long time! Or...if you were curious about chiropractic care and what it can do for you, there's no better time to find out and help out with only a donation. (If you don't wish to get adjusted but want to make a donation anyway, that too is welcome).

Please call to make an appt, but walk in's are welcome! Advanced Spine and Sport, 501 Boston Post Road, Orange CT 203-553-9300. Donation is $20 per person, or have the whole family get adjusted for $30!

Dr. Russell Caram, a chiropractor in Bethel, CT started this event and created the non profit fund.   The CT Chiro Council picked up on this and is supporting the idea of getting as many doctor's offices in Connecticut on board to committ a morning or afternoon in the month of February to adjust people in lieu of a donation to the Sandy Hook Elementary Memorial Fund. Once I heard about it, I knew I wanted to be involved and raise money for a memorial.

The Sandy Hook Elementary Memorial Fund is a LOCAL, non-profit fund designed to collect donations that will be used for the creation of a memorial in Sandy Hook/Newtown CT after the tragic events of December 14, 2012.

Anyone wishing to make a specific donation for this cause can make their checks payable to "Sandy Hook Elementary Memorial Fund" and mail them to 182 Grassy Plain St., Bethel, CT. 06801.

As of now, the kind of memorial is not specified and there will be plenty of ideas as to what will be respectful and tasteful. Please be patient. If you would like to propose an idea for one, please do so below.
